Caramel Pecan Clusters





Serves 10 cups |
Four ingredients to sweet deliciousness!
Ingredients:
| 2 cups pecan halves |
| 6 cups rice squares cereal |
| 2 cups caramel bits |
| 1/4 cup water |
Directions:
- Heat oven to 300° F. Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Combine the pecans and cereal in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Pour the caramel bits into a microwave-safe bowl then add the water. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the caramel over the pecans and cereal. Gently stir with a spatula to coat.
- Pour half of the coated pecans and cereal on each cookie sheet and spread out.
- Place the cookie sheets into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Stir and flip, then bake for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Lift the parchment paper off the cookie sheets.
- Let cool completely, then break apart into clusters. Enjoy!
