Seasoned Homemade Croutons





Serves 24 |
Ingredients:
| 4 buns, hamburger or hot dog |
| 1/4 cup melted butter |
| 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett garlic powder |
| 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett dried parsley |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon Morton & Bassett ground black pepper |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Slice buns into small cubes. Place bread cubes to a mixing bowl. Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper over top. Toss together until bread cubes are well coated.
- Transfer bread cubes to the baking sheet and spread out to evenly space.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the croutons are lightly toasted.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Use a spatula to gently lift croutons from the aluminum foil and then let cool completely.
