Seasoned Homemade Croutons

Ingredients:

4 buns, hamburger or hot dog
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett garlic powder
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Morton & Bassett ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Slice buns into small cubes. Place bread cubes to a mixing bowl. Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper over top. Toss together until bread cubes are well coated.
  3. Transfer bread cubes to the baking sheet and spread out to evenly space.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the croutons are lightly toasted.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Use a spatula to gently lift croutons from the aluminum foil and then let cool completely.
