For the Pesto Sauce:
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
For the Pizza:
2 heads broccoli, sliced
Olive oil
1 prepared pizza crust
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained, 14 oz.
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup crumbled feta

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Coat a pizza pan with cooking spray.
  2. Add the walnuts into a small skillet and bring to medium heat. Cook and stir until the walnuts are lightly toasted. Let cool.
