Creamy Garlic Paprika Shrimp





Serves 4 |
Rich and creamy with a hint of smoky flavor.
Ingredients:
| 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| Salt, to taste |
| Ground black pepper, to taste |
| 1 teaspoon smoked paprika |
| 2 tablespoons olive oil |
| 3 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
- Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Pour the olive oil into a large skillet. Bring the skillet to medium heat. Once hot, add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and saute for 2 minutes.
- Then pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Transfer the shrimp to serving plates and divide the sauce amongst the plates. Enjoy!
