Cranberry Mojito





Serves 2 |
Fun and festive, perfect for the whole family.
Ingredients:
| 1 cup fresh cranberries |
| 2 tablespoons simple syrup |
| 1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
| 10 fresh mint leaves |
| Crushed ice |
| Club soda |
| Lime slices, for garnish |
Directions:
- Add the cranberries, simple syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press down and twist until the cranberries are just crushed.
- Fill two tall glasses with crushed ice. Pour the cranberry mixture over the ice. Top off with club soda. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy!
