Grilled Salmon with Fresh Basil

Serves 4 | 

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
Grapeseed oil, for brushing
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 teaspoons lemon-infused olive oil
8 fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped

Directions:

  1. Heat a stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush fillets with grapeseed oil and then season with salt and black pepper. Cook fillets in grill pan until salmon is firm to the touch, about 5 minutes per side. Turn fillets once during cooking time.
  3. Transfer fillets to warmed plates. Drizzle each fillet with 1 teaspoon of lemon-infused olive oil and garnish with basil.
  4. Serve immediately.
Course: Dinner
