Grilled Salmon with Fresh Basil





Serves 4 |
Ingredients:
| 4 salmon fillets |
| Grapeseed oil, for brushing |
| Salt |
| Freshly ground black pepper |
| 4 teaspoons lemon-infused olive oil |
| 8 fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
- Heat a stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush fillets with grapeseed oil and then season with salt and black pepper. Cook fillets in grill pan until salmon is firm to the touch, about 5 minutes per side. Turn fillets once during cooking time.
- Transfer fillets to warmed plates. Drizzle each fillet with 1 teaspoon of lemon-infused olive oil and garnish with basil.
- Serve immediately.
