Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

A healthier version of the coffeehouse classic.

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 oz brewed coffee
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 drops liquid sweetener
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree

Directions:

  1. Combine pumpkin puree and almond milk in a microwave safe bowl. Place in microwave and heat for 30-45 seconds. Stir together to incorporate.
  2. Take out of microwave and add pumpkin spice, vanilla and liquid sweetener. Use a blender to get ingredients foamy. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour coffee into a large cup. Top with foam and sprinkle on ground cinnamon.
