Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte





Serves 1 |
A healthier version of the coffeehouse classic.
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
8 oz brewed coffee |
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
3 drops liquid sweetener |
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree |
Directions:
- Combine pumpkin puree and almond milk in a microwave safe bowl. Place in microwave and heat for 30-45 seconds. Stir together to incorporate.
- Take out of microwave and add pumpkin spice, vanilla and liquid sweetener. Use a blender to get ingredients foamy. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour coffee into a large cup. Top with foam and sprinkle on ground cinnamon.
