Juicy, tender and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon mustard
Barbecue sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
4 lb bone in pork loin country style ribs
2 tablespoons honey
Salt, to taste
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 cup apple juice
Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic, mustard, steak seasoning, honey, paprika and apple juice in a mixing bowl. Mix together very well. Transfer to a one gallon resealable bag.
  2. Place pork ribs in bag, shake to coat and seal shut. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 6 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Once hot, turn to low.
  4. Roll out a sheet of aluminum foil. Fold edges up. Pour 3 tablespoons olive oil in center and spread out evenly.
  5. Place ribs on foil, season with salt and pepper, then drizzle remaining olive oil over ribs.
  6. Place foil on grill. Pull top of grill down to cover and let ribs cook. When ribs have some char, flip ribs and let cook until ribs have a little char.
  7. Brush barbecue sauce over ribs and let cook for a more few minutes.
  8. Remove ribs from grill, transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
