Grilled Swordfish With Basil, Lemon and Mint

Serves Serves 4 | 

Ingredients:

4 swordfish steaks, 6 oz. each
3 tablespoons fresh chopped mint
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Bring grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine mint, lemon juice, basil, garlic and olive oil in a small mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to desired taste. Brush a small amount of seasoning mixture on both sides of the swordfish steaks. Place on grill and cook for 4 minutes per side. Transfer swordfish steaks to serving plates. Spoon remaining seasoning mixture over swordfish steaks.
  3. Enjoy!
