Homemade Chex Snack Mix

Ingredients:

2 cups mini pretzels
3 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
3 cups Corn Chex cereal
2 cups bagel chips
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 1/2 sticks butter
2 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250° F.
  2. Combine all cereals, bagel chips and pretzels in a large oven safe pot.
  3. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and seasoned salt to butter. Stir together well.
  4. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture. Toss together and let sit for five minutes.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour. Stir mixture every 15 minutes. Spread out on paper towels and let cool for 15 minutes.
