Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Serves 1 bowl | 
The perfect dip to enjoy during the big game.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped frozen spinach
11/2 cups chopped frozen artichoke hearts
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Thaw spinach and artichokes in a bowl of water until tender. Discard liquid.
  2. Warm cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute or until hot and soft.
  3. Stir in sour cream, mayo, parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt and garlic powder. Once mixed, add in spinach and artichokes. Stir until well mixed. Serve hot.
Course: Side, appetizer
