Pick Me Bean coffee wears its heart on its sleeve or should we say their packaging. Founder Lauren Franco took her passion for healthy eating, organic foods & sustainable farming, and applied it to Pick Me Bean coffee. After a bit of searching, Lauren found a young couple that worked with her to develop small batch original coffee blends that are organic, sustainably grown, and exclusively bought from either micro lot farms or cooperatives where the local farmers pool their coffee beans together to mutually benefit. Pick Me’s beans are purchased from direct trade importing to ensure their quality and they meet organic standards. Pick Me Bean’s aspiration is to deliver top tier coffee with a heartfelt impact and give back to the community, ensuring they grow together hand in hand in perpetuity. To achieve their goal, Pick Me Bean donates a portion of their proceeds to the Loyal To My Soil foundation. A program that engages the youth in sports, helping them build self-esteem and learn healthy lifestyles. Founded by MLB Veteran Tyson Ross, Loyal To My Soil serves the community by hosting free camps and donating equipment, empowering the kids in underserved communities to flourish.
