Thanksgiving is just weeks away, now is the time to get your online order in for Bianchini’s Complete Turkey Dinner and Fresh Turkeys. Our Complete Turkey Dinner includes: a 12-14 lb. Diestel turkey, 5 lb. of mashed potatoes, 2 quarts of corn bread stuffing, 2 quarts of green beans, 1 quart of turkey gravy, 1 pint cranberry sauce, 12 dinner rolls and an 8-inch Local Upper Crust Bakery pumpkin pie. Each Complete Turkey Dinner is prepared fresh in-house by our staff and comfortably feeds 10-12. There’s zero prep work required! Each dinner is fully cooked, so all you’ll need to do is reheat. (Warming instructions are provided with the dinner.) And if you need the perfect Thanksgiving centerpiece, look no further than our fresh turkeys. Halloween Party Charcuterie

Eat, drink and be scary this Halloween while having fun with your food! Browse our store to build the perfect Halloween-style charcuterie board for your party. Fill your board with a selection of cheeses, meats, crispy crackers, crunchy chips, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and other ghoulishly fun treats. Check our cheese department to find delectable assortment of Cheddar, Gouda, Gruyere, Muenster, and more, and stop by our deli for mouthwatering capocollo, pepperoni, prosciutto, salami, and sopressata. And if you really want to wow your guests, make our slightly spooky Brie Skull for a hors d’oeuvre centerpiece.

Don’t be scared, it’s delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 small Brie wheel
  • Fig jam

Directions

Slice two wedges out of the out of the bottom third of the wheel on the corners to create the shape of the skull.

Make four vertical slices in the portion between the removed wedges to create the teeth.

Add two dollops of fig jam near the top middle to create the eye sockets. Add two smaller dollops under the eyes to create the nose holes.

Enjoy with your favorite charcuterie accompaniments. And pair with Voodoo Ranger.

Did you know that for a cheese to be considered Parmigiano Reggiano, it must be produced in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna to the left of the Reno River, and Mantua to the right of the Po River? Parmigiano Reggiano has been made for a thousand years. And in that time, little has changed to the cheese-making process. Still made with only three ingredients, milk, salt and rennet. Parmigiano Reggiano is naturally lactose free and contains zero preservatives or artificial additives. Straw yellow in color with a flavor described as sharp, complex, fruity, nutty and mildly salty. Parmigiano Reggiano has a distinct crumbly, granular texture. One thing that sets Parmigiano Reggiano apart is that it’s aged for a minimum of 12 months. After which the cheese is tested for quality and graded. Each wheel is marked with a unique and sequential alphanumeric code that makes it possible to trace the entire production to its origin.
