We Love Local, We Love Cheese!

Join us this week and taste delicious local artisan cheeses. All week long, we are hosting cheese tastings events for Fiscalini Farmstead Cheese, Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. and Spring Hill Jersey Cheese.

Fiscalini Farmstead Cheese is a four-generation family owned and run dairy farm & cheese maker located in Modesto. Beginning with a 160-acre dairy farm in 1914 and expanding throughout the years, Fiscalini now operates a state-of-the-art cheese making facility that is only 30-feet from their milk parlor. This close proximity guarantees the milk is at peak freshness and gives each cheese an exceptional taste you won’t find anywhere else. Try Fiscalini Farmstead Cheeses at our San Carlos location on Saturday, 9/24, from 10am – 2pm.

Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. is a multi-generation family run dairy farm that began making cheese in 2000. Located about 40 miles North of the Golden Gate Bridge, overlooking the Tomales Bay. Point Reyes uses sustainable farming practices, like, carbon sequestration to reduce greenhouse has emissions and a water recycling program to conserve the nutrient-rich pastures and surround land. Every Point Reyes cheese is carefully crafted and thoroughly checked by hand, ensuring they are the highest quality cheeses on the market. Try Point Reyes Farmstead cheeses at our San Carlos location on Sunday, 9/25, from 11am – 2pm.

Spring Hill Jersey Cheese is located in Petaluma, California, and is part of the historic Petaluma Creamery dairy farm. Using the highest quality, freshest milk available, Spring Hill Jersey Cheese has a range of styles to choose from, like, classic yellow cheddar to spicy Firehouse Jack. Try Spring Hill Jersey Cheeses at our Portola Valley location on Wednesday, 9/21, from 9:30am – 12pm, and at our San Carlos location on Friday, 9/23, from 9:30am – 12pm.
