Deviled Eggs Dip

The all-time classic just got an upgrade.

Ingredients:

12 eggs
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoon stone ground mustard
1 teaspoon chopped chives
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Fill a pot with water and boil the eggs. Crack and peel the shells. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place the egg yolks in a food processor.
  2. Place half of the egg whites in the food processor. Finely chop the remaining egg whites and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, white wine vinegar, and stone ground mustard to the food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chopped egg whites in the mixing bowl. Sprinkle the chopped chives over top and season with salt and pepper. Gently stir together.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle paprika over top. Serve with crackers or chips and enjoy!
