Deviled Eggs Dip

The all-time classic just got an upgrade.
Ingredients:
12 eggs |
4 oz cream cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon hot sauce |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoon stone ground mustard |
1 teaspoon chopped chives |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
1/4 teaspoon paprika, for garnish |
Directions:
- Fill a pot with water and boil the eggs. Crack and peel the shells. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place the egg yolks in a food processor.
- Place half of the egg whites in the food processor. Finely chop the remaining egg whites and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, white wine vinegar, and stone ground mustard to the food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture over the chopped egg whites in the mixing bowl. Sprinkle the chopped chives over top and season with salt and pepper. Gently stir together.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle paprika over top. Serve with crackers or chips and enjoy!
