Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Dip

Serves 1 bowl |
Turn up the heat on your party spread.
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese |
4 oz goat cheese |
1/2 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
6 tablespoons pepper jelly |
Chopped chives, for garnish |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Add the cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, and salt to a small mixing bowl. Stir together until light and fluffy.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a small baking dish. Spread the pepper jelly over the cream cheese. Place into the oven and bake for 6-7 minutes, until just warm.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven. Sprinkle chopped chives over top.
- Serve with crackers, bagel chips or toasty bread. Enjoy!
