Pepperoni Cheesesteak Pizza

Move over plain pepperoni, there’s a new pizza in town.

Ingredients:

1 package pepperonis, 8 oz., 8 oz.
1 package prebaked pizza crust, 12-inch
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 onion, sliced thin, separated into rings
1 bell pepper, cut into thin strips, green or red
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400° F.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and bell pepper; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Add onions and bell peppers, top with pepperonis then cheese. Place in oven and bake in for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
