Brownie Trifle

The of the easiest and most satisfying desserts.

Ingredients:

1 box brownie mix, plus the ingredients on box, 18 oz.
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix, 3.5 oz
6 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
8 oz whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Follow the package directions to make and bake the brownies. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Follow the package directions to make the vanilla pudding.
  3. Place the sandwich cookies in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  4. Cut the brownie into squares. Arrange half of the brownie squares along the bottom of a large bowl. Then layer on half of the pudding. Spoon the whipped topping on top of the brownies. Arrange the remaining brownie on top of the whipped topping followed by the remaining pudding. Sprinkle the crushed sandwich cookies over top.
  5. Place the trifle in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
