Cinnamon Coffee Cake





Serves 8 |
A no-fuss coffee cake that's super easy to bake.
Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup vegetable oil |
| 1 beaten egg |
| 1/2 cup milk |
| 1 1/2 cups sifted flour |
| 3/4 cup sugar |
| 2 teaspoons baking powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/3 cup brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1 tablespoon melted butter |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Combine salad oil, egg, and milk in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, add them to the milk mixture and mix well.
- In another bowl, stir together cinnamon and butter, mix well.
- Grease a round baking pan with cooking spray, pour batter into the pan. Top the cake with the cinnamon mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
