Guinness Bread





Serves 4-6 Servings |
Ingredients:
| 5 cups whole-grain flour |
| 1 1/4 cup plain flour |
| 3/4 cup oatmeal |
| 2 1/2 tsp bread soda |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar |
| 2 1/2 tbsp butter |
| 2 cups whole milk |
| 3/4 cup black molasses |
| 1 cup Guinness Draught |
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Mix butter with all dry ingredients until the dough develops to the consistency of breadcrumbs. Add milk, black molasses and Guinness Draught. Mix until consistency reaches a wet dough.
- Bake in a greased bread tin for 40-45 minutes.
