5th of July Tacos





Serves 4 |
Ingredients:
| 2 teaspoons olive oil |
| 3 cooked burger patties, crumbled |
| 1 yellow onion, chopped |
| 1/4 teaspoon Morton & Bassett cloves |
| 1/2 teaspoon Morton & Bassett ground coriander |
| 1/2 teaspoon Morton & Bassett paprika |
| 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett cumin |
| 3 tablespoons tomato paste |
| Salt, to taste |
| 8 flour tortillas, warmed |
| Grated Monterey Jack cheese, for garnish |
| Bianchini’s Signature Salsa, for garnish |
| Bianchini’s Signature Guacamole, for garnish |
Directions:
- Pour olive oil into a large skillet. Swirl around to coat. Bring to medium heat. Once olive oil is hot, add crumbled burger patties and yellow onion, cook for about 3 minutes, until onions are golden.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add cloves, coriander, paprika, cumin and tomato paste to skillet. Season with salt and stir together. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon seasoned meat mixture into warm tortillas.
- Garnish with your choice of Monterey Jack cheese, salsa and guacamole. Fold in half and enjoy!
