Garlic Shrimp with Jalapeno





Serves 4 | 
Savory, spicy and utterly satisfying.
Ingredients:
| 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined | 
| 3 cloves garlic, minced | 
| 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice | 
| 1 jalapeno chile, stemmed, deveined, seeded, and finely chopped | 
| 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil | 
| Sea salt, to taste | 
| Ground black pepper, to taste | 
| Lime wedges, for garnish | 
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, lime juice, chile, and 1 tablespoon olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
 - Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet set over medium-high heat.
 - Remove shrimp from marinade, add to skillet then cook for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
 - Serve with lime wedges.
